Looks like a nice piece .. It is pretty bad when they don't offer their 300 short mag and offer the 300 wsm .. Looks like the remington 300 won't be around long ..

I really like mine. 270 win. Leupold VX-III 3.5-10X40mm Boone and Crockett reticle. Very nice shooter! ;)

i wonder how weather resistant the new type finish is. when i looked at teflon coatings they always talked about things like salt spray tests and how many hours it could withstand it. is this a coating or just a type of stainless that is better at resisting corrosion.

just curious do you think they will offer the 300 WSM in the model 7 for next year and I do think the Remington short mags are doomed
