SAKO FINNBEAR

I have a SAKO FINNBEAR rifle in 25/06 caliber it is a post 72 model my question is is this a rare caliber? I have searched for another one in the same caliber with no luckany help would be appreciated chad

No Chad it is not a rare caliber. Sako made the 25'06 starting in 1971 thru the Garcia era. Although relatively few were made compared to the 243, 308, '06 etc, there are many of them out there. The Sako Collector's Club on MSN has a list of Serial Numbers and dates. Regards, Rick.
