Best barrel for deer at 100-250yds + any reviews from people who have these encore barrels.

For your application, on a scale of 1 - 10, one of the barrels is a 9.8, the other 9.6 and the third 9.7. I can't tell you which is which though, and I asked the dead deer! [:@]

They are all good choices (don't help you much huh? :D) I have the .308 and really like it. Shoots great, don't notice the recoil, the deer drop dead. Can't ask for much more.

Wise choice M.T. I have the 7mm and really like it as well. My brother also just purchased a new T/C in 7mm.

I know if I was a deer, I would appreciate being hit with the 7mm first. The 308 second. But most of all, speaking for the deer, please just hit me good.
