Red Dots for shotguns

I'm thinking about getting a Bushnell Trophy red dot. I plan on putting it on my 12 ga Rem pump. Can I get some feed back from anyone who has tried this? And how well it has worked.
Thanks

I use a BSA on my Benelli Nova during the spring turkey season and in the shotgun-only zones for deer.Works great for me.

RE: Red Dots for shotguns

I have a Burris on my Xtrema for turkey hunting. I used the same scope on my Pintail for the past 2 seasons and I have been very happy. My only recommendation is to get a quality scope. I bought a Simmons to put on the Pintail at first, and within 15 to 20 rounds of 3" magnums parts began to fall off, no kidding. It may have been a fluke, but it happened.
