SBE II problems?

Has anyone on here ever expierenced any problems with this gun? This is my first year to use it and it has done well so far.

I have a black SBE with a 24" bbl. It is one of the older ones and I have about 13,000 rds. through it with NO problems. The owners manual that came with mine said the first 100 rds. you put through it should be 1 1/8oz. or heavier. I put 100 rds. of 1 1/4oz. #4's through it for starters and have never looked back. It cycles ANY 2 3/4" loads without a problem. I think you will be happy with yours.

You should try on a "waterfowl only" site and see what is being said.Seems like there are as many that are not pleased as those that like it. A 50/50 ratio ain't nothing to be proud of!!

I have had only one slight problem with my SBE II. If I am manually loading the gun, the rotating bolt occasionally hangs.
