22 pistol

Hey looking for a .22 pistol preferably a revolver. I have been looking at a Heritage Mfg. Rough Rider. Any tips or comments are appreciated.

for an accurate good shooting fun 22, you cant beat a ruger single six. IMO ruger makes some of the best single action pistols out there!!

The single six by ruger hands down! The taurus full frame 8 shot ones are nice as are the S&W's.

I have a had a single six with the 22lr and 22mag cylinders. Excelent gun. I had a browning buckmark automatic that was great too.

This is deffinately not the gun you want for quiet cat control in your other post. They are louder than all get out! You might as well get a 12 gauge if you are going to use a .22 revolver. As far as noise is concerned any way.

I am partial to my Ruger MarkII, but its not a revolver so doesnt quite make the cut your looking for. Although they are real shooters, accurate and fun.

That being said, I would look at the Ruger Single Six if you want a revolver, as couple other have already said.
