22lr and 22mag, followed by a 243. 30-30, 270, 300wsm, 40cal, 45cal, 9mm.
i klike the 22s cause my dad once told me about vietnam tactic. Kill a man you just take him outta the fight, wound a man and you take 3 outta the fight. (him and the 2 to carry his ass off)

3 guns? For defending against a mob?
1. SKS scoped
2. SKS iron sights
3. Pump 12 gauge
For food procurement I'd opt for a .22 in the mix, but i'll stick with the abovce for the premise of defense.

) ammo split between bucksot and slugs, 9mm, and my .22 with 25 round clips (not the most potent, but would be great for long distance head shots)

If it got bad, i'd get out of here even though i don't live near a big town. 3 guns on the move would be different from trying to defend my property from a mob... I'm sure i wouldtake out a lot of them, but one or two wouldNOT last against a mob, they'd burn you out, if nothing else...
I'd head north to Canada, then work my way west to Alaska, where i know many places to hide out and live in the bush.
If on the move, i'd want my Krieghoff drilling,myRem.LH541-SBolt action 22lr, andaS&W M-19 357 mag....
More would be better if i didn't have to pack them!!!
