Almost no one tolerates lying, but people still do it all the time. Although, I would more likely think that your case it's more of an exaggeration than a pure lie because I don't think you have any intent to decieve. I do think that you are either repeating a lie or exaggeration, or possiblyevenfurther inflating it (like happens with so many fish tales).I know it's hardwhen you're young tocritically evaluatethe things your dad tells youand question thosethings that seem unusual or just plain too good to be true.

Brother, ain't that the truth. Growing up in Ky/WV, you hear the whoppers of whoppers. I look back and remember the things my family used to say, and I believed them. I now shake my head. They all meant well, just severely got confused on the facts.
