WEATHERBY TRIGGER ADJUSTMENTS

Can anyone please explain to me what the little allen key set hole is that is vsisible under the trigger of my Weatherby. I was wondering also what adjustments that makes and what turning in or out does? Thanks

RE: WEATHERBY TRIGGER ADJUSTMENTS

The one in front of the trigger is the pull weight. It increases or decreases the spring tension against the pull of the trigger.

The set screw that is on top of the trigger housing, acceessed from the top by removing the bolt, is the creep adjustment.

There is no over travel adjustment.

RE: WEATHERBY TRIGGER ADJUSTMENTS

Thank You,

I will try to loosen the screw a little at a time to lighten the trigger pull.

Good Hunting
