Default Bolt action pistols, anyone have a Striker or XP100?

I have been thinking about getting a bolt action pistol, I have seen a few around. Weatherby, Savage, Remington, and a few others. I really like the Savage Striker, and am leaning towards that in 7mm-08. Just thought I would get some insight from people with some experiance with these pistols. Can anyone comment on the pro's or cons of different models?

Ihave a .308 striker on order , with no delivery date in sight.
I wishI had a clue when it will be ready/made so the waiting wouldn't seem so endless.
