RE: revolver question

????What data do you have to substantiate this???
The data supplied to me by Taurus. I purchased a semi-auto pistol from them about 4 or 5 years ago. It shot 4 ft low and 2 ft to the left when I took it to the range. I sent it back in expect at the very least a new barrel or at most a new gun. They bent the barrel straight and sent it back to me. They even said they bent the barrel back right on the form.

I wouldn't own another Taurus if it was given to me for free.

I won't tell you who all the others are that "straightens" there bbls with a vise, because if i did with your line of thought, you'd never buy another gun from "anyone"!!!

RE: revolver question

I'd suggest looking around for a Ruger Security Six, they're very affordable and widely available. I've got one with a 6 inch and another with what I recall is a 2.5 inch barrel in .357. They seem to sell for about $150-$240 around here.
