i personally LOVE the glock pistols, with the exception of there 45s to light of a gun with tomuch recoil. i fyouget the glock go with the 40cal like suggest by roskoe suggested model 22.

JMHO,But unless you go to a full blown deal like a ED BROWN ,LES BAER,or WILSON pistol the Kimber's are really hard to beat.I have a colt 1911 model that I bought about 30 years ago One of my bud's gave it the full treatment.Stainless bbl, beveled well,ambi saftey,put the smith sights on it ( That was the going thing back then) i mean all the bells and whistles.Good shooting gun.But I bought a Kimber custom target, and an Eclipse.The colt will not touch either out of the box.My money is on the Kimber You can get the customs for around $650 or $700 the Eclipse is about a grand or a little better.

Ah, yes a gun that can be thrown under the seat!!!

I do that with my Colt 1991-A1:D

And with one in the pipe, it makes for a quick shot for the rabbits that are dumb enough to stand near enough the road long enough for me to get out and walk to the right of way:D:D Hehehehehehehe:D

i have a kimber tactical II that cost me a cool grand that i just let SIT in my gun case because it is to pretty to take in the field. I will not buy another gun for looks again. Fuctionality is the way to go. Here i got a thousand dollar paper weight, and a 380 springfield that might shoot 1/2" bigger groups. my glock is PREMO tho =P
