learning to '5 senkos gary yamamoto
 
I am just learning to fish these senkos and i have to clue how to use them. From putting them on the hook to where to use them. Any help

I hook the worm in the middle with a single hook...no weight. If you notice they cast like a bullet. Let the worm sink to the bottom and lift and fall again. Most fish hit it on the drop, but i have had many take it while the worm is sitting on the bottom. I do put a little kick in bass garlic on my worm also.

One draw back with these senko worms...they come off the hook to easliy.

I use them on a carolina rig. Worm has all the action built in. No need to work your rod much. Sometimes I will work it like a jerk bait, but not often. 8" senkos work great in the lakes. 3" or 5" senkos work great in farm ponds. I buy the white and dye them myself.
That white and chartruse works great tho.
