float tubes

me and my dad love to fly fish in our float tubes. we went out into a little lake not to far from home and we were catching 8in rainbows for a while. they i cought this 10in rainbow and it swam right at me, i kicked the thing with my fliper by acident. it wrapped my line around my legs. i eventulay got the line unwrapped un scince its all barb less hooks the fish was gone. i guess im lucky the fly didnt put a hole in my tube or my chest waiters.

RE: float tubes

I have had my float tube for a yearnoe and love it:D I have used it for fishing and hunting.I have caught many large bass from it and this pickeral that was huge!!!! It was alittle scary to pull him into the tube and unhook him. I duck hunted with it and it worked wonders for the marshes near me. Those little plastic hoops that go on the outside, i used them to tie alittle strip of board to go all around the tube then i took alot of grass and just stapled it to the board. I got five feet from a bunch of blacks and they were just eating and having a good time. Goodluck with your tube!!!
