Anybody heard of this lure??
 

The Kicktail??

I've read a little bit about it in a newspaper article and picked up a couple on Ebay to try them out. Has anybody used them? I sure sounds like it could be a really good bait.
We'll see. Might be a waste of money. Worth a shot though.

With todays fishing pressure it is getting hard to catch big quality fish. It is always good to fish something new, something that fish aren't used to seeing. I would give it a try. If I had the money:( I would probably get one myself.

I've heard of it. I've seen it advertised on the outdoor channel. It looks like a decent lure.

I cought a three pounder last friday on one!!

My dad bought a handful of them last year and he swears by them. The only thing is they break off where the tail sections pivot. I have about five or six with broke off tails. Mostly because of Jacks, (Chain Pickeral for you yankees:D)

But they do work! Slow study retrieve and you better be paying attention!

We also have the side hook version. It has a single hook on one side with a weedless wire. Thats the one I cought the three pounder on. I was trying for a wounded fish, with a twitch or two into a fast then slow retreive and then stop for a pause to let sink almost down about foot. Then repeat the pattern. I was going over the hydrill grass crap in a big pond.

Try a couple they work.

Cyrus it probably won't be a waste of money, the pike in man, and sask will hit just about anything that moves. Let us know how you do with it. good luck

We have a few. They look good swimming but they don't dive at all. They just skim across the surface. I was thinking that they'd be good to troll with some in-line weight.

iv heard of them never used them but they dont look to bad i may try some out
