I just got 42 perch today, and was wondering how you like to eat them?

To tell you the truth
 

I think perch are THE best eating fish you can find. I wouldn't turn down a perch dinner for nothing. A good beer batter works wonders on them. Just don't fry them too long. When they turn golden brown pull them out. A couple minutes in the deep fryer is all you need. Except for a bunch of fries- cole slaw, and a cold Bud. Your ready for a dinner of your life.

i would say just breaded in cornflake crumbs and then cooked in butter works good. where they fresh right outa the ice? because there the best

yeah right out of the ice. I have never cooked them myself and was wondering what everyone else used to cook them.

Deep fried in a beer batter mix, nothin better!!!;)

I don't think it can get any better than what coyote caller said. Almost makes me want to go ice fishing.
