Can someone tell me when fishing gets hot for wallleye and catfish in the miss.river in the hannibel missouri area?

I'm not sure about the missouri area but up here in minnesota the walleyes and catfish are best in early spring, right after ice out and when it warms up a little bit. I can't remember what dates. We usually use worms and catch both on one bait.
