Default Awesome afternoon trout fishing

I went to Lake Waikeremoana yesterday to spend some time Spinfishing for Rainbow trout. It was productive afternoon. I landed 3 Rainbow Jacks, and 1:hen I kept the biggest rainbow Jack and hen to either bake or smoke, & released the other two Rainbow jacks. Tight lines everyone 🤙👍

Thank you, Sir. It's definitely worthwhile fishing at the moment. The spawn is a month away, and the Rainbow trout is in great condition. I would like to travel to Lake Taupo to fish another excellent trout destination in central North Island. The Twizel Canal is in the South Island and renowned for its huge rainbow, brown trout, and salmon living in the canal. Tight lines mate🤙👍

Thanks, mate. It's a great area to fish, and there are no other anglers on the stream. I did see two guys flyfishing off their 12ft aluminum boat, and they had caught two trout for the afternoon.
