Default Kissimmee Bassin'

Made a trip over to lake kissimmee today for the first time since I was about 12. We put in at Grape Hammock and it wasn't very busy to my surprise. Once on the water we ended up doing quite a bit more running around than normal but I had yo explore a little. I ended up with 8 bass for the day. Here are a few pics and my biggest of the day!

Grass for days!

Very nice, that is a heck of a grass flat! I seen 50 yards of grass and I get excited, I couldn't imagine that!

What kind of creature bait are you flippin' with?

I used a bunch of craw type patterns. Lake Fork Craw tube and the Gambler mega daddy are two good ones to start with.

Nice. I prefer to flip Beaver style baits. I will upsize to brush hogs on occasion but have the most luck with Beavers.

I haven't had much luck with those anywhere. I've caught fish on a kinky beaver by reaction innovations but that's about the closest thing to what you are talking about.

I saw your truck parked at our little launch spot about 2 months ago when I was going to pick up my new trolling motor. I looked for ya on the water to say hello but didn't see you. Hope you have been having a great year with the big bass again. Good to hear from ya hope all is well!
