Looking for some advice on fishing Alaska

Headed to Alaska next summer, and wanted to get at least a day in fishing. Was wondering if anyone had advice on time of year, who to go with or what kinds of fish up there you find most enjoyable to fish for?

Any help will be much appreciated thanks
