hey BH, yes still pre-spawn, water temps in the upper 40's to very low 50's....i was told that these guys caught these on an alabama rig, (BTW, i hate throwing it, and even fishing with it even though i know it works) the same team won a week ago with a 37 pound limit (5 fish)

take care man, you still have ice????

WOW! Those are some kind of hawgs.. I would love to some day catch a hawg like them..

Thanks for sharing with us M.T.

I am not sure about buckhunter but we have still got a lot of ice up this way. The place I am fishing still has 18 inches of it. Lot of rain coming today and tomorrow but, the ice will still be good..

Very Cool. I have throwing the Alabama Rig with little success. Not a fan neither.

We are sitting on over 12" of ice on inland lakes, a little big less on the larger lakes. Will be a while until im fishing open water for bass!

Chuck, this guy (the bearded guy) Ronge Brown is a guide on chickamauga, in the last couple of weeks he has weighed in a 44.10# bag, a 41# bag, and another that weighed in at 37 and change, i can't imagine averageing over 8 pounds a fish over the course of a month, talk about being on them

That's very good..he must know where the fish are..if the habitat is right they generally stay put..I can't wait until it's consistently warmer..I still see my hog spot stacked with hogs..
