I got the pics Chuck, and it looks DELICIOUS!!! I am in the mood for some ribs now, guess I'll be having BBQ for lunch, haha.

Calorie Counting is the most effective way to lose weight. All these diet plans you hear and read about all boil down to calories, whether they call it points or whatever. On July 12th I decided to lose weight and everything I researched centered around calories in one form or another. I decided to count calories and try to eat 2400 a day. In four months and 1 day I lost 45 lbs. I now eat around 2500-2600 calories a day to maintain my current weight and I have not gained a pound back yet except for Thanksgiving when I let myself gorge on anything and everything. The following week I went back to 2400 calories, lost the weight, and now I am back to maintaining my current weight.

I hope you get the results you are looking for out of this Chuck. Really glad to see a post by you on the boards again, it has been REAL quiet lately.
