I made a short video one time, and I like it better than just a picture.

I've always liked pictures better. I guess because you can take them or put them anywhere and enjoy the memory. Videos need a computer or phone or etc... If you were referring to your two choices rather than in general, I still like the picture best

They both have thier advantage.i got a hawg on video I caught a few years ago..i love that video..but pictures are much more practical.
