The Uni knot is super good for flouro carbon
Couldn't be more true... Cannot use it on braid.

i've tried every knot i can think of on the fluro...and i still feel the knot is the weakest link. but what gets me is that 10 pound test breaks like 6-8 test, where with my mono of choice (berkley big game in green), it seem to go above advertised #/breakage, i know its a big stiff line but evertime i fish with fluro i feel like i'm going backwards...the thing i like about it is i get bit mofe when our water clears up, but i just don't trust it....

will be trying vicious soon, got several spools recently
I like Vicious, seems like quality line. I have not used about 10 pound yet though. 6 and 10 have performed well.
