Best Bass Baits This Year..
#11
Each year may vary some..but one thing for sure..the ole rubber worm is always #1.We may differ in sizes ,colors ,and presentation techniques but that lure will always be HOT.
My favorite colors is tied between All black and Christmas tree { a form of the Junebug} but more darker.

No doubt about it. I still cannot understand how the rubber worm can outfish a live worm, but I have seen it played out many times. Off the hook, literally).

C7, I assume you prefer ribbon tail by the information you generally give?
Really depends on time of year for me but I use cigar-style senkos alot. Then again, I always have a rod rigged with a ribbon tail on a carolina rig, always.

10-4 good buddy
They have a ton of action..down side..they really twist the line..so I use braid with them..
This year my best worm was the black Culpret 7 1/2 inchers..I went through at least 6 packs...I'd rank them 5 star
Christmas Tree Gamblers were 2nd best at 4 1/2 stars.
Spinnerbaits...3 star
all else Honorable Mention LOL

I have had the worst luck with senkos and senko style baits. How do you prefer to fish them and under what circumstances or conditions do you fish them?
