RE: Getting Frustrated?!?!?

With a lake that is only 3 to 4 feet deep and not much moving water I would be concitrating near the inlet if it was me fishing in it. That water has to be about cooking hot down there. I am not sure a bass could servive in a lake that shallow in such hot weather. I could be wrong but it doesn't sound very good to me. I doubt very much that you fly fish or any thing like that. So if you can come across any poppers down there try one out by letting it drift behing your boat. I would let it out quite aways behind you and drift along. I would be trying to find a lake or stream with some deeper water if there is any nearby. Other than that keep trying but also try to see if you can catch some different types of fish. You stated they are jumping so I am thinking that the fish are something different as well. Good Luck to you!!
