Eastbound and Down

Well folks, I'll be flying to north georgia thursday for a family reunion and will be down there for a couple weeks. My brother is coming up from west palm fla. and we're getting a boat and fish Hartwell Lake on the Georgia and S.C. state line. We never fished it before but after chequeing the surrounding lakes this is the best. Having done a search on the lake they catch largemouth bass up to 16 pounds and 8lbers common. Strippers up to 50lbs and smallmouth bass. I never caught a smallmouth or a striper so we have a great oppurtunity for a good smorgisbord of fish. My brother and I usually hook up every year and go bass fishing and I don't think anyone can fish any harder than us. We're up before dawn and since its so hot during the day we'll fish till midnight and its brother against brother as we both have money and bragging rights on the line. Neither one of us wants to lose to the other one.
I'm taking the digital camera and I'll post some pictures when I get back.
Take care all.

Bobby
