Ponds in St.Pete/Tampa FL Area?
I've got a business trip to St. Petersburg during 2nd week of August and decided I'd be an idiot if I didn't stay an extra couple days for some bass fishing (rather think of it as a short fishing trip with a couple days of work thrown in).I was hoping someone could give mesome suggestions on where I might try in the St.Pete., Tampa or surrounding area. Will have a vehicle but obviously no boat so any small lake, pond, pit etc. thatI could wet a line from the bank. Not asking for yoursuper secretlunker location (you know, that secret holethat you wouldn't even tell yournext of kin about :D) just hopin to find anice pond that I can throw a shiner or two in for the extra couple of days that I'll be there. So if anyone can give me some suggestions, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks and here's hoping we all get to spend more time on the lake (even if thier not biting) then the bill collectors require us tospend at work.
