...so i went over and flashed a card i keep it my wallet, it looks real official, and questioned him about what he just told the man he had given all his daily limit of fish too, i told him i would be watching for him on the river kid was shaking like a leaf on a tree

i have not seen him at that ramp since[:-][&:]
Classic...Ihave to try this one.My main concern is that I don't want to ruin the lake. It's already tough enough trying to find a decent place to fish without people coming in taking all the bass out...

i really don't think you'll ruin a lake keeping a few every now and then, but there are plenty of folks that are set on it though[&o][:@][X(], i remember once fishing at toledo bend and i asked a local guy "what the limit was" his response, and he was not kidding "as many as you can get"[&o], BTW i was not keeping fish but getting ready for a tournament, so i really needed this guy taking five limits off a spot we were sharing[&o][:@], this was before cell phones, today he would get a visit from some form of game enforcement i assure you

if you like bass keep the, we make beer-batter fish out them andit isdelicious. I only keep what i can eat and i hate when others keep more then that, though one time in Wisconsin with my grandfather we vought our supper every night for a 15-day stay, andwe froze what we couldnt eat, but i know it didnt goto waste for my granddadeats everything he kills.

ok so to sum up my response: keep them if your going to eat them, release them if your going to let it goto waste

While I do not care for the taste of bass as well, I have kept a couple now and then to give to some older folks that enjoy them. Myself though it's white perch for me when fishing those lakes it is mostly catch and release on the bass.
