Close enough for me. It's hard to talk fishing with people who don't /can't fish the same way you do for various reasons.

And I remember that this board was always slow, but jeez you guys are killin me here:D Guess I spend too much time on the Bowhunting board.

I really will fish for just about anything, it just depends what body of water I'm fishing. While I am at home I fish everything from Smallies to Whitebass to Pike. I do fish a tourney each year on Lake Michigan during the summer where we fish for Trout and Salmon though.

I would really love to get up to Canada again for some fishin', it's been waaay too long. :(

Austin/Wi- I actually spend most of my time fishing the small border lakes. I also try to fish the Pike and Root river in the fall for trout and salmon.

I was in the river yesterday and not one fish, no minows, bluegill, suckers, nothing, I think the rain and snow melt washed them all the way back to a lake about three miles. if thats the case they should be back anyday now. I then went to one of my ponds and caught a 10 inch bass, no fair though they alway bite.

Ya I thought about fishing the Pike a few times, it runs right in front of my campus (Carthage). If I had more time while I was down here I would try fishing some of those smaller lakes.

Crappie,Largemouth,Hybrids, trout,Walleye, and Smallmouth in the rivers down south. The walley fishing whereI live is nothing to brag about. Pretty poor.

I'm going back to fishing for smallies more and more it seems. I grew up fihsing smallies on a couple of the rivers in the area, and then moved on to other fish for awhile, but I feel the urge to revert back to the bronzebacks on ultralights :)

Im in Wisconsin. I usually get in a day or so of walleye fishing, and then when musky season opens, I'm strictly musky.

It's been a long time since I've went out strictly for musky. There is a small lake in my hometown that I will fish occasionally that has Tiger Musky in it, have caught a few there, but nothing too special.
