The Folks are neat..
I found their site and contacted them about ordering a drag knob..that my 8.4 pound bass broke last year..he wrote me this ...

"Hello Chuck, my name is Herbert and I am replying to your email regarding your Syncopate reel. I am placing an order for your drag knob today and you can expect it in about 5-7 business days at no charge. Thank you for using Shimano and have a great day. "

It came to day in the mail..Here was the bruiser that broke my drag last year..It was a 1000 Syncopate Spiining Reel. The reel is about 10 years old.
