this question is way to broad for me.
river trout i use a 4 or 5/6 wt
small stream i use a 1-4 wt
pond largemouth i like a 5/6 weight
panfish same as trout
there are too many flies i like, but i like to use a stonefly or a booger trailed by a some soft hackle or other dropper

I do a lot of stream/pond wet fly fishing in New Hampshire.
My 2 absolute favorites that are always my 'go-to' flies:
When using streamers...Joe's Smelt.
Wet fly: (Beaded) Hare's Ear Nympth....or Pheasant Tail.
I have used Gray Ghosts, Quill Gordons a lot but none compare to the two above.

My favorite nymph is an olive bead head hare's ear in #14... It is absolutely deadly... Second choice would be either a bead head prince in # 14 or a pheasant tail in 14 or 16....
My favorite dry fly is whatever is hatching and the trout are eating...
...
In lack of a hatch, it's a tossup...When fishing the water and observing no hatches, I fish either an Adams or a brown hackle peacock, both in size 14...
I don't fish streamers much, but have done well on occasion on wooly buggers...

I like the haresear nymph as well as a peacock tied nymph.. No beaded eyes but some lead wire tied in them to help sink them down some.
Dry flies one of the ones I like best is the royal coachman as well as some others mentioned here.
Streamers one of the best ones I like is a red and white maribou as well as gray and black gosts. Also a few i tie myself that has no name to them, they are just something that I came up with.
