Alright Im ready to step up rods...
Ok, I need really good rod. Something I can use with big jigs and worms (if I can use the same rod for both). Im willing to spend around 200 for the combo. Got any idea?

MH is enough for real heavy crap? I already have a 7' MH baitcaster. I was kinda lookin for somethin for real heavy stuff.

i threw 1.5 ounce tunsten jigs through hydrilla mats in texas with a MH and never felt undergunned with 10+ lb bass. If your rod is too stiff, you'll rip the hook right through the fish's mouth

Amen Josh..last year I was losing a few shiner bass until I began fishing with a 6 1/2 foot medium spinning rod..Sure the rod tip was bent alot but I got ALL the bass to the boat..
When wormng and jigging I use MH simply to penetrate the worm through the plastic and into the fish's jaw..It also helps horsing them out of the hydrilla..If they are allowed to run through the hydrilla very long you will lose the fish..

go with g.loomis, fenwick, or all-star
here is a real good shaky head rod and normal jig/worm rod from g.loomis
all-star is the cheapest.
