I've got a great rule.

Everytime any of the following are used in a fishing post 1lb is deducted from the person's total:

LOL, IDK, ROFLMAO, LMAO any other preteen texting crap!

Just post a photo of the fish on a ruler with weight & date. You can look at the length and breadth of the fish and determine whether or not the weight posted is close to accurate. For example, guess the weight on this fish -

I'm sorry but why are you all caught up with people trying to cheat? All you need is a picture of the fish and a timestamp if you really feel necessary. Then post whatever weight you got from your scale.

Looks like an accidental catch to me anyways seeing as how all I see are crappie jigs and a small earthworm on the bottom of your boat!:D
Just a thought but if we did do a team event I think it should go like this

2 people per team each weighing their top 2 fish with them weighing in an additional 5th bass (whomever of the 2 has the largest third bass) I think this would work pretty well.

No accidental catch there. Son was panfishing and I had a white spinner. Just so happens the ruler is attached to the bow where my son was sitting.
