Why don't we all throw some ideas around on what we all want for the contest and see what we came up with??

Great idea..
1. No trash talk.
2. A north and south division...Final will be 2 winners.
3. Artificial only
4. One set of dates..Feb1st - Aug. 30th
5. Biggest one or two fish wins.

a real tournament where we could all feasibly attend with no home field advantage, with say, oh a 5-10 grand top prize.

I hate to say it because most tournaments go by weight..but i think the honest way in a forum would be to post the fish laying on a ruler..They are cheap..maybe 2.00. YOu can screw a metal 30" rule to your bow..lay fish on it CLICK..that way there would be no questions asked..

Example..17 1/2 inches

Needless to say...they don't mostly start till Feb..after hunting season so there is plenty of time to hash out the rules and feel the chemistry.

"Homefield advantage" LOL WE all know you and MTHands have fished every lake in the U S of A..WHo are you trying to hussle..

i would go in the snake water because a mouse will not interest them. i grew up around 10-23 foot snakes at my house. my dad has been interested in them since he was little and i know lots also. althought they are naturally aggresive a kayak the size of a mouse? lol i dont think i would fit haha

choose a or b
A. fish the spawn for one week only and no other part of the year
B. fish north georgia all winter long only each year

1) Nobody cheats in a forum where there is no prize in winning so who cares about a ruler or a picture of a scale. Just a picture of the fish to admire is enough. Seriously the more rules there are about posting the more tedious the tournament gets.

2) The artificial lure wasn't a shot at you Chuck. The point of anything is to make things better. There isn't a bass tournament in the world that allows live bait. I choose to let the past be the past. If you want to live in it then that is fine by me but just block my posts so you don't accidentily get offended by something I say.
