RE: fish scale
Yes sir...I bought the Berkley and tried it out at the store weighing fertilizer , can goods etc..very inconsistant. I bought a 29.00 Rapala digital ...it woud never come on when I had a fish to weigh...I cut open a mechanical Rapala at the store and took a plastic bag and weighed various items...It was very good so I bought it.Yes sir..it's the one I usedto weigh my fish. It's hard to photograph but it's very handy.
It's my favorite so far...If I was you though..Iwouldn't buy a scale from Walmartwith out checking it out.I bought a Berkley..checked it out and returned it the same hour. It was way off. C7 |

RE: fish scale
Spring loaded scales are a bad bad idea. They rust which means scale goes bad. If you are serious about a really good scale get a boga grip with a scale on it. Granted that will set you back 100 bucks. Other than that you should get a digital scale. I find it funny when people say they test their scale by weighing a bag of sand or weight. How do you know that its the bag of sand that isn't the stated weight and not the scale.
