Catfish Bait?
 
I was wondering what you guys use for catfish bait and what has proven to be the best for you. Thanks

Anything from nightcrawlers to chicken livers.I have had good luck with shrimp,live/dead shad or any other cutbait.

night crawlers are the best but if you decide on dead bait you cant beat calves liver.

I like shrimp and sucker early in the season and then use cut goldeye and live leopard frogs as the season progesses. You can use shrimp all yr but I find you catch alot of drum and bullhead, but somehow the drum have grown to like cut goldeye too.[:'(]
I fish in areas w/heavy current so I don't really like livers or crawlers.

deer, hot dogs, worms, bream, minnows, liver, turkey hearts, etc

i usually catch small sunfish, cut them in 3rd's and cast a peice back out.
