7" bubble gum colored whacky worm rig with either a glass rattle or small piece of a nail weight in the head of the worm.

NOw ,,when I chose Rooster Tail..I was not only thinking about bass.I was thinking about an all purpose lure that catches fish..For instance, if you were starving to death ,,,which lure can you depend on anywhere to get dinner.

To back up my words.. I fished a Rooster Tail this morning very hard and drifted a shiner behind the boat.I was in a place that is not good ..it's considered fished out by most..Saddle Creeek Park.

I boated 5 on the Rooster Tail and 4 on shiners. The biggest was caught on a shiner at 4 pounds 12 ounces. here;s a little one pounder on a Rooster Tail.

I'm not worried about putting fish on the table... I would throw a frog for 16 straight hours in hopes of that one bass deciding to end its world.

I would use senkos, watermellon seed and greenpumpkin during the day. And a black with blue flakes at night.
