But he obviously doesn't have enough bass in the pond to control the population or he wouldn't be having that problem. That's the same mistake we made - got bass, no worries, they'll eat all the brim. But not if the pond is unbalanced, and that one must be. ;)

dont kill all those blue gills - get rid of most of the bass, and put in some 4 lbers. problem solved- garunteed.

Try and get some hybrid catfish. I don't know about the bass but I think the bluegills could decline in a few months.
