I was just thinking there you folks are riding around in boats there. But, here most our lakes are still covered in ice which is normal for us right now. But, you are showing all that sunny weather and I look out my window and it is snowing out![:@]That is not all that normal right now. I went to a spot fishing yesterday as it was around 50 out. The snow in the woods was still around 3 feet deep and a foot of ice laying on the banks of the stream in the ripps! I did have a big one hit but I was a little slow on the rod . That will soon change I hope! Good Luck fishing I know all this snow should come to an end soon!

Weather here is snow/freezing rain/rain most of today.

Tommorrow snow/rain in the am high around 40

I put my boat in on March 31st. It was 80 degrees and sunny. We had several inches of snow wednesday and it is freezing cold out now.

Supposed to be 80s tomorrow with wind later.
If your here at 5:00 I'll be serving venison sausage biscuit and gravy , scramled eggs, homemade wheat bread toast and hot tea..
Let me know if your coming.:)...I'll double the portion.

Hey ya never know.I'm in central Florida and I got an invitation to hunt in Missouri...LOL I went ..and had the time of my life. Took me 16 1/2 hours to drive. My hunting.net accquaintance showed me an oak tree to hang my stand..The next morning I bagged my deer ...priceless:)

Snow is gone and the ice is just about gone in front of the house. Oh wait ....I hear we are getting a n'oreaster tomorrow and could get 20" of snow. Boy am I gladI left the snow blower on the lawn tractor and didn't take the cover off the boat. Tomorrow should be interesting. The good thing is even if we get dumped on it won't stay but for a few days. Phil we people in the North Country need to cram a whole season of open water fishing enjoyment into4 or5 months. Then it is hunting season and then ice fishing season. How can we lose.:D
