Well I can honestly say that I have too many favorite places to list. So I'll list the ones that I have some recent pics from. First, I must list my home lake here in Jacksonville, IL. Here are a few pictures.

One of my other favorite places to fish has to be lake Fork in Tx. here are a few pictures from last springs trip. I'm heading back in May.

Wow, I realy like seeing them pics, especially the one that goherd1111
posted with the sun setting or riseing in the background. There is nothing like the feeling of fishing or hunting while watching the sun rise or set.
I dont have any pics, but my favorite spot for bass fishing is a strip pit here in the mid western part of Indiana, caught lots of hogs out of them strip pits. I have some spots on the wabash river also that are good for channels, flatheads, and shovel nose sturgeon

Trout streams my favorite early in the year fishing un fortunatly I have misplaced my pics, so I will have to put some up later on. If the weather holds out I will be getting into one of them tomorrow. If so I will share a couple pics and perhaps an otter or a moose if I am lucky enough to get back there.

ALASKA............

Unfortunately, I can't AFFORD to fish there very often.......

However, living in the Finger Lakes region of upstate NY, I have plenty of scenic and beautiful spots to fish right close to home, along with a wonderful diversity of species...Within a two hour drive of home I can have GOOD fishing in lakes, rivers and small streamsfor lake trout, pacific and landlocked salmon, browns, rainbows ( including steelheads) brookies, largemouth and smallmouth bass , northerns, muskies, walleyes, pickerel, and many species of panfish and rough fish....
