haha a good way to do it is watch the catfish noodler episode of dirty jobs.....weird i know but it works

You can skin small Shark using the same method.Better have some good pliers to grip and strip the skin on the bigger fish.On bigger Catfish and Shark you can nail the head to tree or board while you skin fish.I've nailed a few shark to trees while skinning but never a Catfish.

THe best way is to get a sharp sarp knife and filet him with the skin and all to the tail but do not cut the skin off leave a lil bit connected at the tail the take your knife and filet the meat off of the skin and repeat for the other side
