Winchester Fly Rod. what's it worth?

My buddy aquired a brand new Winchester bamboo fly rod. It is new in the aluminum tube and wrapped in a cloth with winchesters logo imprinted on it. only info I have is the serial # 6156 and they were made from 1919-1924. it appears to never been used. Any thoughts on value?

pretty valuable if its original and not reburbished. I'd take it to an appraiser, because it could potentially be worth a grand or more.
