if you know how to due both equally right, then drop shot in a good location. only becuz it would produce better fish. but the carolina keeps you much more active. but once you get the right rod and the correct action on the drop shot, its really great.

Never been fined by a warden. I've talked to plenty, in fact I know a couple of them quite well.
