Heading out tomorrow for the first time this season, going to give the northerns a fight. Its in the low 20s in Stillwater right now.

I been using the same as northern.Medium Treble, 20# ldr. Large shiner. I then converted for at nite a single gold hook on 5# mono leader. Works just as good.

yes it's looking like we might get some ice in Michigan for tip up town!

We are back with 6 inches here again, and still alot of dangerous spots everywhere so we have to limit where we go fishing here.

Thats some funny stuff right there.What even more funny is i use the same technique to catch pike as they are doing. The ole line around the bottle trick.

Shoot. They got the good stuff. 2 Instant Fishermans, 50.00$ And then some Polars 10.00$ They darn near got better gear then me.There good guys tho. Get along with em very good. Always Shooting The S**t.
