RE: Biggest bass?

My biggest largemouth was a 6.1 lb. Smallie was probably a 20" rover smallie caught when I was about 10. Didn't get to weigh it.

Caught a Largmouth around 82 or 83 in Southern Indiana that was 27 inches long and 10lbs, I didnt really know what I had back then ( I was just a kid )and let her loose instead of mounting her or getting pictures.

RE: Biggest bass?

Large mouth 7.2 State Record is only 9.3
Small mouth around 3. State Record is only 6.2

They don't get big up here. Both were released. I haven't kept a bass for over 10 years. I only keep eyes 'cause they taste so good.

RE: Biggest bass?

The real question is how many of you turned them loose and got replica mounts or no mounts at all?

Why would you want to get a bass mounted?

I don't know I guess I'd just rather see a walleye or a northern on my wall.
