RE: Ruger 10/22 Carbine

Iowa i think that would depend on how good of a personal dealer you have. i have a couple of friends who are dealers who would give me a better deal than wally world. but some dealers just try and cut folks throat when they sell you a gun.

now i havent checked in a while but i seem to remember dealer cost on a basic 10/22 used to be around $150 about a year ago. just guessing though.

Thats the worst thing about it, the dealer I used to go to Died a couple years ago, and the only places I have bought guns since have been gun shows or Scheel's. It always seemed to me that it was hard to get a dealer to come down very far until you had established yourself as halfway regular customer.

Now that the High Capacity Law has been overturned you now can buy a 25 and 50 round magazine for your 10/22. I just bought a 50 rounder but really don't know why. I guess just to exercise my rights, '' and to scare hell '' out of any un-welcome guest.
