Thompson Center Scopes

Anybody know anything about them? Who actually builds them? Does T/C warranty them?

Thanks!

Not positive, but a friend bought one of their muzzleloader scopes, and I think it was made by Light Optics. It's been a good scope.

I can't speak for their rifle scopes, but I have owned a couple of their pistol scopes and they held up well. Both were variables in 2.5X-7X with lighted reticles and were mounted on T/C pistol barrels in .308 and 45-70. Even with that stout of recoil, they held zero well, were clear and bright. The warranty is shock-proof, fog-proof and good for life. As for who makes them, I have no idea.

I have a T/C "recoil proof" scope. It is a fixed 3x and had it on a 7-30 barrel. No problems and was clear. I have since switche it to my 22 LR barrel and put a Burris 2-7x on the 7-30.
I wouldn't hesitate on buying another T/C scope. Not sure about the warranty.
