Scope Warrantees
 

What do you know about scope warantees? I know that Leupold, Bushnell (Elites), and Burris have a more or less "no questions asked" warantee, no proof of purchase required. But that's the extent of what I've been able to find out. Do you know of any other manufacturers with great warantees?

Zeiss,SIghtron and I believe Weaver have extremely good warranties as well.

Zeiss has a liftime transferrable warrenty on all their scopes.

i have leupold,nikon, and swarovski.they are all very good.the best warranty on binoc is leica.they just gave me a new pair for 1 little scratch on the lens.

Pentax - which is a Burris repackaged comes with lifetime.
Browning - which is made by the same manufacturer as the elite.
Heck I think I read where simmons came with a lifetime as well. All bushnells have a lifetime warranty now, a friend sent back the first run of the sportsman, anyway bushell sent him a replacement - it took a few months but he got it replaced for no charge accept shipping to bushnell.
Burris, Nikon, Zeiss Conquest, Swarovski, Leupold, Elite's all have lifetime transferable warranties.
Kahles has lifetime of original owner
Weaver has lifetime warranty not sure if transferable?

The big difference is speed of service Zeiss and Leupold are the turn around leaders now. The rest the experiences vary but be prepared to wait 4 weeks min for any other company besides Zeiss and Leupold.

Weavers warranty is for the original owner. It’s not transferablee
