My vote goes to the Remington 514 target master. It's of course not in production so you have to look hard to find one. It has a 27inch target barrel. Mine I found at a gun show and it has a set of redfield target peep sight. Truly a phemoninal shooting 22.

Winchester Model 63. Left to me by the ole man. This sucker is solid and the most accurate .22 I've ever shot.

The CZ is by far the most accurate 22 I have ever owned at 30 yards its just one small hole about the size of a 30 caliber hole.

mainehunt,
My Dad has a Model 69 that had the barrel and stock chopped.
Do you have any idea where I could get replacements?

I can buy a unfinished stock for around $60, but I'd like to get an original one.
Model 69A barrel will fit, but again I'd like an original.

Thanks,
Skunkie

I have a Ruger 77/22 stainless it is their bolt action version and it will touch holes at 30 yards and shoot a .5" group at 50 yards with the factory trigger and a cheaper 4 power scope. the trigger is not adjustable but it shoots good. They cost about $400. If you get the magnum the .22 mag and .17HMR barrels are interchangeable. I love my 77/22 and highly recommend it.
